One Touch Physical Therapy, LLC. was created by its owner, Natalia Gerachenko, LPT, MPT, BS, CLT, in 2005 as a sister company to the Physical Therapy Professional Center, Inc. for those not participating with insurance carriers. As a registered, fee for service outpatient physical therapy practice, One Touch Physical Therapy, LLC. is an autonomic facility, meaning you pay at the time of treatment and then submit the diagnostic and treatment codes to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
Hands-on/manual and comprehensive form of health care is a rare find nowadays. This approach requires a lot more treatment session time than is allowed in our insurance system. However, after a patient is screened and approved for treatment, it typically yields quick symptomatic results and saves people their valuable time and money. Nearly three decades of developing the most efficient, no nonsense, problem-targeting and holistic approach to treatment evolved into the unique method Natalia utilizes to get the most impressive and quick results. She believes in the incredible potential of our bodies to heal and self-maintain. However, when the system becomes compromised and the symptoms become unmanageable, it needs a timely touch - ONE TOUCH- that includes comprehensive diagnostics, as well as caring, knowledgeable, skillful, experienced and honest treatment. Natalia believes that once the symptoms are manageable and self-care regimen is in place, her job is done. The body will take care of the rest. The patient’s job is to provide the appropriate maintenance.

All the treatments will be conducted following the CDC guidelines (see the following link).

Please pay attention to the additional, facility-specific and strictly enforced treatment/service protocols we adhere to:
- I will be treating patients by appointments only, in alternating rooms, both distant from one another and properly disinfected. There will be at least 1 hour set aside for complete disinfecting of each room prior to its availability for the next treatment session.
- Each patient will be taken (see below) into the separate changing/locker room to select from the prepackaged sets of disposable shorts, gowns and clean towels, to change and then proceed directly into the disinfected treatment room.
- As always, we will continue using disposable paper sheets and face covers for our treatment tables.
- I will be wearing a mask and gloves during each treatment, the same will be required of each patient, both coming into the office and during the treatment.
- I will also be changing my lab coats, gloves and masks, sanitizing my hands between patients and before treating you. Washing hands is mandatory for all staff members and patients prior to personal interactions, in addition to wearing gloves.
- We ask for patients to wait in the chairs outside the office to be called in, as well as for the accompanying parties to stay outside of the building.
- Should you choose to stay and wait for your appointment in the car, we can call or text you to come in. Please request for this complimentary service ahead of the time to avoid confusion and loss of time. Once inside the office, you will be checked in by a receptionist.
- Prior to be seen and treated, all patients will be screened for potential COVID-19 symptoms. There will be verbal/over the phone screening first, followed by the temperature check in the office and a subsequent completion of our Health Questionnaire
